  2. Our primary purpose in purchasing this vehicle was to haul horses. Jessey tracked down the horse expert in the dealership (Mike the sales manager) and Mike reviewed our trailer needs with us, offered advice on potential trailer types, confirmed that the vehicle would be sufficient for our towing needs and retrieved the gooseneck hitch from the parts area. Mike then demonstrated how the hitch functioned and how to correctly install it in the vehicle.

  Amazing low pressure truck purchase experience. Shawn and his team were a pleasure to deal with. 6-months later and the first service went just as well. Had a sales manager help me after-hours with a fuse that was blown because a faulty trailer. Highly recommend.

  We bought a 2013 ford explorer form Wayne it was a pleasant and pain free experience from sales all the way through to their finance department. They work to your schedule, my work days are 13 hours and I do not get off work till 7:30 pm both Wayne and the business manager stayed an extra half hour to get our paper work out of the way and get us settled into our new car. There was no sales pressure it was more of a how can we make a deal experience.

  1. Jessey Morin was our salesperson. We called ahead to inquire about the vehicle and upon arrival at the dealership he had it parked out front, with a plate on it and was in possession of the keys. This is a markedly different experience than other dealers where it is arduous to locate the vehicle, find a plate and track down the keys. Jessey was very respectful of our time.

  3. Upon picking up the vehicle we had a need to haul our trailer home from the trailer dealership before impending bad weather and winter. We did not want to haul using our brand new vehicle per the owners manual. Mike and Jessey went above and beyond in finding us an exact vehicle with sufficient miles on it to get our trailer home.
