  Mike Z handled the financing, paperwork and coordinated prepations of the vehicle that I had requested including a GM OEM remote starter and 3M paint protection film for the front end of our truck.   This will be the second vehicle I've purchased at Strathmore Motor Products! My first car was great but unfortunately was stolen. When I came to the team to see what I could do, they worked with me step by step with insurance, financing and into a new vehicle. They have fantastic customer service that I can't say enough about.   Brought the truck in for a tire rotation on a 3500 HD dully and they only moved the rear outside tires to the front and front to the back. Never moved the rear inner tires. Didn't even adjust the tire pressures. That is not what I would expect from a service department. I will not be giving them my business again, there not reliable. The Tech that did the rotation is #3737.

  Patrice, the General Sales Manager was exceedingly accommodating and made getting us the right truck painless and effortless. The package we decided on had to be brought in from another dealer a few hundred Kilometers away and I was expecting to see that mileage on the Odometer. Surprise! my first turn of the key revealed only 20km on the dash!
