  Thank you for being so patient with my dad when he goes to visit the 'boys'. He is 86 and I know he gets a bit flustered and makes poor vehicle decisions but I appreciate you have supported him and helped him along. I don't think anyone else would give him the time and attention he needs. Thank you Phil and Dale (and Sue) for always being there for us.

  As U can see I had the front end redone on my dodge dakota... they did replace the front shocks... but a week later there is nothing connecting the shock to the A arm... Im really disapointed with the service and answers I had this morning when I went back to PHD Automotive......not just that they billed me for some sort of caliper clips that I didnt need and they were not fitting properly and they still instaled it without asking me.... anyways Im at another garage having my truck repair...after that Ill send the bill to PHD and go with legal recourse...Dont bring your car/ truck to PHD...from my experience they are not trustable at all. ....

  Since it has been a 2 man shop, we have returned as customers. We always get prompt, courteous service and I like that they will show me the broken part if I want to see it. I also appreciate the once over to let me know if I have things that may become an issue. I trust these guys not to lead me astray which is more than I can say for a couple of other local shops. I think they have the best price in town too which is awesome!
