  Had an emergency plumbing problem and didn't know where to turn. Curtis replied to us on a local facebook group of all places and told us they could assist the very next day. Sure enough, they called the next morning and set up an appointment for one of their plumbers to come out. The plumber, Charlie called before and arrived exactly when stated. He was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. The problem ended up being a fair bit more time consuming and irritating than originally anticipated and the owner came by to assist. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was eager to share that knowledge with us. At the end of the day, the problem got fixed professionally and they charged a fair price for a nasty task. Would have no problem at all recommending this company to anyone.

  After finally returning my message in Nov. Service was scheduled for Dec 7 afternoon. I took afternoon off work. No show no call. Even went in to office week later. Still nothing. Sorry for any personal injury that may have occurred. That does not excuse the shameful service. It is hard to not share this brutal experience with friends, family.

  Two weeks later, there is water all over my floor. I shut off the water lines and he called me back first thing in the morning and came out right away to look. Turns out it was a humidifier issue. He came himself with the installer, reassured me that the heater will be ok and it wasn't an install problem. He showed me the old humidifier lines that seem to have broken, causing the issue. He proceeded to have his tech upgrade the lines just to make sure I was happy.

  I had a great experience with Curtis Mechanical. When I called, he was very busy, but made time for my small job. Called before he arrived, gave me an estimate for the work before he stated, which was about $300 LESS than the last plumber I had called. He completed on time, and the work was great. If you need a plumber in Strathmore, this is the guy to call

  Furnace quit and Curtis came out right away. Initially Atco has came and determined it was a circuit board ... so I called Curtis to come out and they found the problem ... which was not the circuit board but a cheap transformer.

  If you live in wheatland county then this is the guy to get!! He knows the equipment in this area very well. I live in Strathmore and have talked to two others that swear by Curtis as well.

  I will say I was hesitant to use Curtis based on some of the negative reviews here but I'm in strathmore - so options are limited. I called Curtis and he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining all my options for a water heater (small job) but I'm a techie so he went in depth. They came out next day for less$ than the other guys and installed a nice heater.
