  I stopped by this evening around 4.30 to get more info about a fitness/gym program I'd like to start. To my surprise the door is closed like it says on the sign; closed on weekends and only open for members.

  Horrible place. The fact you have to call back several times is ridiculous. Get your stuff straight.

  The fact that you have a "call center" is ridiculous, takes away from customer service completely when people can't speak to a real person right away and have to call back several times.

  What a joke they tell me they wont do pro-rated cancellation, I understand the 30 day policy to cancel but to say well charge you for a whole months service if you don't cancel in the same exact date. Good job keep up the good work

  Was in Strathmore for over a week on business, the gym in the hotel was inadequate for the level of weight lifting I am at. I found this gym online and thought it looked good enough to try out... upon arrival I was turned away at the door and told no drop ins. I travel all over western Canada and have been to quite a few different gyms and have only been to 2 including this one that won't take my money drop in or short term pass
