  Used to be my go to store but I have a hard time finding what I need now and since Saturday evenings is often when I'm working on my cars, the new hours mean I end up out of luck for parts or fluids. Some of the staff aren't very friendly, some are great, but some act like it's an inconvenience to help you find what you need. I also had a young man ask me to leave my purse at the front of the store not 30 seconds after walking in, I left instead. I still love the convenience of a local CT store but I find myself shopping there less than I used to.

  Nice selection of christmas ornaments. Like to get a couple new ones every year to add to my collection. Also was checking out the tool section. Need a couple new batteries for my dewalt drill.

  Seems like everyone is lost in there and rightfully so because of poor management ? constantly changing the floor setup and what I see happening in this store reminds me exactly of what they were doing in Target stores before it collapsed !! Same Intentional sabotage internally ? Hope they get it figured out because it is not pleasant anymore shopping at Canadian Tire. Everything gets reorganised from one week to another and it is putting stress on the staff and it shows as staff are rude sometimes. There used to be a really pleasant cashier in there but now when you do ask her for info on a product and where I could find it ( me = "good day there ! " she was rude = "what is it that you want?" me = "well I am looking for wakie takies"....she was rude = I don't carry them with me sir, go in the camping section", me astonished = "oookk thank you and have a nice day" and I walked off LOL.These stores are practically the last of the Canadian store chains we have left. I hope that I am wrong 100% but it does not look to good for the future of the chain.....

  have been to this store for over a year as we moved out of the city. Not once have we had bad customer service, or had a negative experience. The young man (store manager?) was right on the floor helping all and any customer whom had questions or product location.

  Awesome customer service...friendly and very helpful staff. Great deals and they price match!!
