  Good ashtrays outside rooms. Overall cleanliness good. Decent sized rooms. Good breakfast hours. Good room rates. Great location. Overall a pleasant experience.

  Checked into the property on Canada Day. Very nice property just of Trans Canada Route 1. Check in was easy and efficient. Front area is very attractive and whole area welcoming and well maintained. Plenty of parking and our room was spacious and very clean. Quiet and restful. Restaurants close by. Nice choices for breakfast and easy check out.

  When we got to the hotel the check-in desk was extremely busy. We had travelled all day and were exhausted. Seeing the big line-up, we were worried that it would take forever. However, the employee at the front desk (who was working alone!) was a pro. She checked everyone in in an efficient manner. She had everyone’s reservations organized and ready to go. Except of course for the people right in front of us... they didn’t have a reservation and were quite rude. The woman at the front desk was very patient and professional and her manner helped to relax the people instead of rile them up further, which I have seen happen before... When we got to the counter, I asked her name (Stephanie) and told her that she was very good at her job. She had a great smile, helped us quickly and were able to get to our rooms in record time. Her service and great attitude seem lacking in the hospitality industry these days!

  Stayed for work for five nights during busy August 2017 week. All staff, from front desk to house keeping, were friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast items are good, including fruits and GF items. Hot tub and pool is a nice bonus. Will stay there again in September.
