We were informed by the seller that they had no idea that they had to have vacated the house by noon on possession day. Because of this, when we arrived with our paid moving company we couldn't even move into our new home because it wasn't vacant!

I recently purchased a home listed by Re/Max Realty Horizon Realtor Jim Buckle and am both saddened and disappointed by the indifference and lack of customer service demonstrated by both the Realtor, and the Broker, Diana Zaytzoff.

Great working with Mason Cockx. He's spent an enormous amount of time showing me around town to various properties. Always available with a smile and good info for new buyers.

Mistakes happen. I make them all the time. But I reached out to both Mr. Buckle and Ms. Zaytzoff for an apology an neither will man up and give it to me. They blame the homeowner and the lawyer and refuse to take any ownership of the communication breakdown that was the complete responsibility of Mr. Buckle.

If you want any form of customer service for the tens of thousands of dollars you will pay a realtor, it is my suggestion that you DO NOT use this agency!

We had changed possession date weeks prior, and the sellers lawyer told our lawyer that they never received the documents from the realtor and had no idea that the possession date had changed.

A simple apology would have gone a long long way but apparently they don't feel they owe one. I would like to know what Mr. Buckle or Ms. Zaytzoff would have done if they arrived on the doorstep of their new home after official possession to find it had not been vacated and would not be vacated for another 2 and a half days. I am fairly confident that they would not have been as courteous as I was.

More and more people are going Comfree because they are getting sick and tired of the astronomical fees charged by realtors. This firm gives the real estate industry a bad name and they don't even seem to care!
