  I came into the store to treat myself to a new phone, not to be criticised about my choice of upgrade nor my plan to pay off the rest of my 2 year contract. I told them I would like to pay the rest of my contract off then start a new one with my upgraded phone, they soon after told me and I quote " I don't think your mother would like seeing a huge bill on her next payment" they then preceded to laugh. I explained to them that yes I may still be under my mother's plan but I do in fact have a job and cash flow of my own. She's pays out of good gesture not because I can't afford it. After I explained my situation the blonde with the obnoxious attitude preceded to tell me blatant lies about my current plan, saying we are on a 2G plan when we are in fact a

  I can not believe the level of customer service that Rogers allows at their stores! I recently bought a new phone from Rogers only to have part of the phone break in my pocket while literally doing nothing! I contacted the manufacturer of the phone and was advised to take my phone back for replacement. When I called this store, the young lady I spoke to, not only told me I was lying about how my phone broke, but refused to give me her name, and then hung up on me. This after I just went and dropped $100 additional at their store just days before. This will be my last dealing with this store, and likely Rogers as a company. Straight up unbelievable!

  My husband and I were unhappy with our cellphone provider so we stopped in at the Strathmore Rogers location to have a look and we received excellent customer service from the staff! We bought two brand new phones and we received so many extras not to mention the MOST outstanding customer service from Eleni, Adam and Cam! This all did not happen without a few hitches but the dedication of the staff -- Eleni in-particular was stellar! We were so happy with the service we will be returning in the future for sure! We highly recommend checking out this Rogers location! Thank you so much for all that you did for us we are extremely happy with our new phones!!

  7G plan. I showed them my rogers app as proof and they still proceeded to not believe me. It's great to see this store hires not only to the highest volatile attitude but also shows discrimination to it's younger customers.
